This list is a subset of the full Sellhorn Heights Phase Four Covenants which can be found via the link below. These are some of the more common covenants but refer to the full list if you would like more information. Our community doesn’t have a lot of rules and these are all the common sense one, but if you have questions please feel free to contact a Board member.

• Keep homes clean/power washed and lawns cut and edged this includes the area over the curb if you have one.
• Bring your trash can and recycle bin in after pickup. Also, trash containers and recycle bin should not be visible from the street.
• No trailers/tractor trailers/boats/RV’s/etc. are allowed to be stored on the street or on driveways overnight.
• Don’t leave barking dogs outside for extended periods of time. The City of New Bern has an ordinance that covers this and is finable.
• No structures should be kept in the common areas, sidewalks, or street without HOA Approval. This includes things like basket ball hoops, skateboard/bike ramps, etc. These items must be moved out the street, sidewalk when not in use.

Infractions are enforced by fining the Homeowner. This is something we do to ensure we have a safe and good looking community. Please help us by abiding by all the covenants and it you have any
